1. Account & Merchant Responsibilities

• Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard credentials.
• Merchants are solely responsible for all content, products, pricing, warranties, and compliance with local laws for items sold through their stores.
• Merchants must not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activities.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Meta Services

Wobcart offers integrations with third parties such as Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Meta Ads), payment gateways, and courier services:

• By enabling Meta integrations, you agree to comply with Meta’s Commercial Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and Advertising Policies.
• We do not control third-party platforms and are not liable for account suspensions or policy enforcements imposed by Meta or payment providers.

3. Platform Availability & Support

We strive to provide continuous, high-uptime service. However, Wobcart is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, or unforeseen network disruptions may occasionally affect service availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodenclouds and Wobcart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise platform security.
