- Merchant Account Data: Name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and payment processing configurations.
- Store & Customer Order Data: Customer contact details, delivery addresses, product details, billing amounts, and order status necessary for fulfillment.
- Meta & WhatsApp Integration Data: When you connect Facebook Pages, Meta Ad Accounts, or WhatsApp Business Accounts via Meta Embedded Signup / OAuth, we process Page access tokens, WhatsApp Business Account IDs (WABA), Phone Number IDs, and campaign/message logs strictly to deliver the requested services.
- Technical & Device Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and logs to maintain system security and stability.

- Operating, maintaining, and improving the Wobcart platform and tenant stores.
- Facilitating order fulfillment, delivery tracking, and transactional notifications (via SMS, Email, WhatsApp).
